Lesní školky jsou součástí občanské společnosti a jako jiné neziskové organizace vyjednávají s úřady, jejichž přístup k NNO je různý. Na státní úrovni je nezbytné komunikovat smysluplný a jednotný výklad legislativy, který zároveň ponechá těmto veřejně prospěšným činnostem dostatečný prostor. Na úrovni krajů čelí lesní školky/kluby (LMŠ/LK) nerovnému přístupu některých krajských institucí. V některých krajích dochází k administrativnímu znemožnění vzniku lesních MŠ/klubů a provoz stávajícím je komplikován. Děti tak mají nerovné možnosti v přístupu k této žádané formě inovativního vzdělávání.
Cílem projektu je sjednocovat a rozvíjet dobré legislativní a administrativní podmínky pro vznik i provoz NNO provozujících LMŠ/LK a podporovat tak tuto formu vzdělávání.
V rámci projektu vznikly webové stránky zaměřené na DOBROU - KVALITNÍ PRAXI v provozu lesních mateřských škol a klubů V lese jako doma. Dozvíte se z nich, vše zásadní ohledně stravování a zázemí vč. hygieny.

Projekt je podpořen z programu ACTIVE CITIZENS FUND, který je realizován v rámci Fondů EHP a Norska 2014 – 2021 a který v ČR spravuje Konsorcium, které tvoří Nadace OSF, Výbor dobré vůle – Nadace Olgy Havlové a Skautský institut.
Prostřednictvím Fondů EHP a Norska přispívají státy Island, Lichtenštejnsko a Norsko ke snižování ekonomických a sociálních rozdílů v Evropském hospodářském prostoru (EHP) a k posilování spolupráce s patnácti evropskými státy.

ADVOCACY FOR OUTDOOR LEARNING
Forest kindergardens - mostly NGOs - are part of civil society and, like other nongovernmental organizations, they negotiate with authorities whose approach to NGOs is different. At the state level, it is necessary to communicate a meaningful and uniform interpretation of legislation, which will also leave sufficient space for these public benefit activities. At the regional level, forest kindergardens and clubs face unequal access of some regional institutions. In some regions, there is an administrative impossibility of establishing forest kindergartens / clubs and the operation of existing ones is complicated. Children thus have unequal opportunities in accessing this desired form of innovative education.
The aim of the project is to unify and develop good legislative and administrative conditions for the establishment and operation of NGOs operating forest kindergardens and clubs and thus support this form of education.
The project created a website focused on GOOD QUALITY PRACTICE in the operation of forest kindergartens and clubs www.vlesejakodoma.cz. You can find everything essential regarding food and facilities, incl. hygiene out there.

The project is being supported by the Open Society Fund Prague from the Active Citizens Fund. The programme promotes citizens’ active participation in the public life and decision making and builds capacities of civil society organizations. It promotes respect of human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and the respect for human rights including the rights of persons belonging to minorities. Active Citizens Fund came to the Czech Republic in September 2019 with the goal to support CSOs regardless of their size and experience. It is operated by the Open Society Fund Prague, Committee of Good Will - the Olga Havel Foundation and Scout Institute.
The Active Citizens Fund is financed from EEA and Norway Grants 2014–2021. With EEA Grants, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway contribute towards a reduction in economic and social disparity and the strengthening of mutual cooperation in Europe. One of the important objectives of the programme is strengthening bilateral cooperation between donor and beneficiary states through financial contributions in specified priority sectors. It supports bilateral relations between the donor states Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein and the Czech Republic.
